What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Before proceeding, please be aware that all of your data will be permanently removed, including:
All health data and biomarker history.
Your profile and personal information.
All past appointments and order history.
Access to AI health insights.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to securely close your account:
Navigate to Your Profile: Log in to your GoodLabs dashboard and click on My Profile in the left-hand sidebar.
Access Delete Settings: Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and click the red Delete Account link.
Request a Deletion Code: A warning screen will appear detailing the consequences of deletion. Click the Request deletion code button. We will send a 6-digit verification code to your registered email address to ensure it's really you.
Enter the Verification Code: Check your email for the code. Enter the 6 digits into the boxes provided on the screen.
Note: If you don't receive the code, you can click "Resend code" after the 60-second timer expires.
Confirm Deletion: Once the code is entered, click the Delete My Account button. A confirmation toast will appear in the top right corner stating, "Your account has been permanently deleted," and you will be redirected to the sign-up page.
Important Note: If you have active orders or pending lab results, we recommend downloading your data from the Health tab before completing these steps.
