Update Profile Information

Email address

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to Settings > Profile

  3. Update your email address

  4. Verify your new email

Password reset

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page

  2. Enter your email

  3. Check your inbox for the reset link, and check spam just in case

  4. Create a new password


Export Your Data

Download results

  • Go to Add Results > Download

  • Save to your device

Request full data export


Delete Account

To close your account

  1. Request account deletion

  2. Confirm via email

  3. Data deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy

Before deleting

  • Download all results you want to keep

  • Note that historical data will be permanently deleted

  • Cancel any scheduled appointments


Privacy Settings

Your data is protected:

  • HIPAA‑compliant storage

  • Encrypted transmission

  • No data sold to third parties

  • You control who sees your results
