Credit & Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Most international cards accepted.
HSA/FSA Cards
Health Savings Account (HSA) cards accepted. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards accepted. Lab tests qualify as eligible medical expenses.
Payment Security
All payments encrypted with SSL. PCI-DSS compliant processing. Card details not stored on our servers.

Using Your HSA/FSA Card
1. Select HSA/FSA card as payment method at checkout
2. Enter card details like a regular credit card
3. Transaction processes immediately
If Your HSA/FSA Card Is Declined
Verify sufficient balance. Check card isn't expired. Some cards require pre-authorization. Try a regular card and submit for reimbursement later.
Getting Reimbursed
If you paid with a regular card:
1. Download your receipt from your account
2. Submit to your HSA/FSA administrator
3. Include GoodLabs receipt showing lab test purchase

Common Billing Questions
"Why was I charged twice?"
Usually an authorization hold vs. actual charge. Check with your bank about pending transactions. Contact us if you see two posted charges.
"Can I split payment across cards?"
Currently one payment method per order. Contact support for special arrangements.
"Is there a subscription option?"
Currently pay-per-order only. Subscription options coming soon.
