How to Cancel Your Appointment
Log into your account
Navigate to the Visits page
Find the appointment you'd like to cancel
Click the Cancel button
You'll see a message stating "A refund will be processed if applicable." That message is primarily because if you have results already, it will not process the refund.
Refund Information
Will I receive a refund? Yes, if you've already paid for your appointment, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.
How much will I be refunded? You'll receive a refund for the entire amount you paid—no deductions or fees.
How long does the refund take? Refunds are processed through our payments provider within 5-10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Partially Completed Lab Work
If you've already completed part of your lab work and need to cancel the remaining portion, please contact our support team directly. We'll review your case and help determine the appropriate refund amount.
