Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
1. Log into app.hellogoodlabs.com
2. Navigate to "Health" or "Add Results" section
Step 2: Select Upload Option
1. Click "Add Results"
2. Choose your file type (PDF, plain text, or image file)
Step 3: Upload Your File
1. Select the lab report file from your device
2. Confirm the upload
3. Wait for processing (usually within 24 hours)
Step 4: Review Your Data
1. Once processed, your results will appear in your dashboard
2. View alongside your GoodLabs results for complete tracking
3. Compare trends over time

Tips for Best Results
Use clear, legible PDFs - Scanned documents work, but clearer is better
Include all pages - Upload the complete report
Check for accuracy - Review uploaded data to ensure it parsed correctly
Troubleshooting
"My upload isn't processing"
Ensure file is under 5mb. Try a different browser. Check that the file isn't password-protected.
"Some values didn't import correctly"
Some non-standard tests may not auto-import. You can also manually create new values.
